DTF Order Quantity Estimator — Never Run Out of Stock

Running out of DTF transfers mid-week means delayed orders, unhappy customers, and rushed reorders at higher cost. Running too much stock ties up cash in inventory that may not sell. This tool helps you find the right order quantity.

Enter your daily sales rate, current stock level, supplier lead time, and safety buffer. The estimator calculates exactly when to reorder and how many to order.

What is a reorder point?

Your reorder point is the stock level at which you should place a new order so it arrives before you run out. Formula: daily sales × (lead time + safety buffer). If you sell 3 units/day and your supplier takes 7 days with a 3-day safety buffer, reorder when you have 30 units left.
