Is the invoice legally valid?
The invoice contains all standard fields (business name, client details, itemized amounts, taxes, totals, invoice number and date) which makes it suitable for most small business transactions. However, legal requirements vary by country and state. Consult a local accountant for your specific jurisdiction.
Can I add my logo to the invoice?
The current version includes your business name as the header. Logo upload is planned for a future update. For now, you can print the invoice and stamp your logo, or add it in a PDF editor.
Is my invoice data saved?
No. All invoice data is processed entirely in your browser and never sent to our servers. When you close the tab, the data is gone. Save your PDF immediately after generating.
Can I send the invoice by email directly?
Click Print / Save PDF to save the invoice as a PDF file. Then attach it to your email as normal. Most browsers let you save to PDF using the print dialog (select Save as PDF instead of a printer).
